Finished hat size vs. measured head size
The workshop includes an adjustable Sweatband allowance. New crowns start at 1 cm (about 0.3937 in); existing saved values are retained. Standard restores 1 cm and None sets zero. Enter your target finished size, then choose any extra circumference needed for your own materials and blocking method.
A 61 cm selected size plus 1 cm allowance produces a 62 cm block circumference. Choose None if your selected size already includes the allowance.
